Zach has been a professional model for over six years. After playing basketball at the collegiate level and now being a professional model, Zach understands the process of health and wellness. The physical body does not have to experience injury or break down. On this health journey, true health comes from within and you can be healthy before you begin. Zach has learned the process of being spiritually healthy, soulfully healthy, mentally healthy, emotionally healthy, and physically healthy through conquering the minds. Everything in the seen first comes from the unseen, so in order to manifest the health and wellness results you desire, you must go to the unseen first. It’s important to take back control over your thoughts, how you view yourself, where you put your worth, how you love yourself, and what you say about yourself.
